Conference Room Booking

The Warehouse features three conference rooms that are available for reservations by all members and non-members.* Pricing information and more details can be found below.

Conference Room #1

This room features a two-section heart pine table hand-crafted by The Warehouse's staff.  The table typically seats 10 and can be separated to seat 16 people, where eight chairs are placed around each half of the table. Guests are welcome to arrange the table into an L-shape or arrange the room in a configuration that works for them. The room features an LCD monitor with HDMI cable, a white board, and swamp-inspired artwork created by local artist Jessica Normington. 

Pricing:  Conference Room #1 can be rented by external parties for $50/hour

Conference Room #2

This room provides comfortable seating for six people. It also includes an LCD monitor with HDMI cable and a white board.

Pricing:  Conference Room #2 can be rented by external parties for $25/hour.

Conference Room #3

This room seats up to 8 people, and includes an LCD monitor with HDMI cable and a white board. The room features a hardwood table hand-crafted by The Warehouse's staff.

Pricing:  Conference Room #3 can be rented by external parties for $25/hour.

*Non-members must create a “Community Membership” when booking through the link. Community Members pay the non-member rate.

**Conference Rooms are available outside our typical office hours (9-5, M-F) on a case-by-case basis; a $20/hour staffing fee will apply.
